Where is it available ?
We offer services through Out Lubbock, Slaton, and many more towns. Typically ‘rural’ areas where cable or fiber isnt available. We offer services through out many towns where ‘cable’ or fiber IS available, and Ours proves to be more reliable.
Is it “capped” or Unlimited ?
Our internet is NOT capped. Base plans do not have a cap or any ‘throttling’. We do however ‘throttle’ users that abuse Our network (TOS) or are constantly using bandwith needed for other users.
Is it Wifi ?
We utlize a point to point system, looks like a small satellite dish aimed at Our towers (not the sky). Once wired into your home or building then a Wi-Fi router can be plugged in.
Is it "Starlink"?
No. We are not startlink, We are NOT a satellite based internet access.
Can I use it for Gaming
Absolutely! We have 100’s of users online daily playing games, watching movies and more. Our network typically has extremely lower latency compared to cable.
What about weather ?
We install Our ‘dish’ or ‘antenae’ on an outside point of your home or building, securely mounted. Just like other things yes weather can interfere, but most likely not. Our users have been online through heavy snow and rain storms. It CAN happen, but typically not.
Dedicated IP available ?
Absolutely! If you are a business customer or even a home user that needs a static IP, We have you covered. Static IP’s are available at an additional charge, but guarantee Your IP will never change.
How long to get installed ?
Our installers work super fast but with quality and reliability in mind. We will NOT rush through a install, just to get to the next. Installation schedules vary so please call Our office to check next available. Availability may vary upon radio needed, distance and other factors.
